Online Case Status Check System Operated by USCIS

EB-5 investors with pending EB-5 related applications at USCIS, such as I-526, I-485, and I-829, can check the status of their pending cases by typing in respective Receipt Number, without the dash and space, by using the USCIS Case Status Service Online system above. For example, just type in “WAC0824700292” into the box below to obtain status on your EB-5 application (or any other type of applications) submitted to USCIS. Note
for I-829 case, you have to type in the receipt number of ASC biometric appointment notice, which is sent out shortly after I-829 receipt notice, rather than the receipt number specified on the I-829 receipt notice itself.
